Özet (EN)

Companies may confort with many problems in their applications and they want to obtain zero-fault by solving them at once. But the reasonable approach is to find a way of solution starting with the most important one prioritising them.Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), is one of the decision-making methods in the solution of complex problems and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is one of the high failure preventing methodologies used by Total Quality Management (TQM) system. This study has been actualized at Tunçbilek West Lignit Coal Establisment (GLI) evaluating the accident statistic values between 1996 and 2007. Firstly, in order to be able to make FMEA service study, in aiming at defining the faults causing accidents previously at wich service AHP is applied to find criteria and decision alternatives together with FMEA team at the defined service, than the service FMEA Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) have been found. Posibility of previenting the faults are evaluated and an improving application suggestion is mode by classifying RPN as ?precaution necessary?, ?measurement possible?, ?measurement unnecessary?.Risk evaluation analysis applied with service FMEA overcome the risk evaluation method applied by the establishment beforehand.Keyword: Analytic Hierarchy Process, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Occupational Accidents.
