Tourism industry which is major economic power needs for skilled labor who can keep up with technological innovation, create competitive advantage and provide the quality and efficiency because of that tourism is constantly evolving, creating area of employment and a labor-intensive industry. Tourism industry which is created by skilled labor is raising the country's competitiveness in international market. Therefore, Provide opportunities for using employees' full potential is one of the requirements of competition. Business provide personal and organizational development by evolving employees' the potential, including them in the process of determining the entity's objectives, removing the highest level to personal contrubition by motivating them. In this context, employees who have high self-efficacy is part of this development by expressing their ideas and suggestions which will further to business. However, Administrators should be fair, democratic, well-intentioned and open to criticism by making meritorious conduct against to employees such as respect, love, kindness, humility. In addition, Administrators should be inspiring for employees by installing responsibilities which will bring out their talents in order to increase their self-efficacy bliefs. Otherwise, It is inevitable that employees who have low self-efficacy and avoid to share their ideas and thoughts by vairous reasons drug business into failure. The main objective of this research, it is determined to effect of self-efficacy on organizational silence. Sub-objectives of this research; It is determined to employees' ideas and thoughts which provide contribution to business, whether there is a difference among employees' ideas and thoughts which provide contribution to business according to employees' demographic and occupational characteristics, whether there is a difference among employees' perceptions of organizational silence according to employees' demographic and occupational characteristics, whether there is a difference among employees' perceptions of self efficacy according to employees' demographic and occupational characteristics, to relation among dimensions of organizational silence, to relation among dimensions of self efficacy, to relation between dimensions of organizational silence and dimensions of self efficacy. The finding of this research have been achieved by made with the SPSS 15 statistical paket program analysis of the surveys which were applied to employees who working in 3,4,5 stars and apart hotels in Alanya being tourism region. As a result of the research, it has been determined to be influenced to employees' silence behavior by their self-efficacy bliefs, choosing not to be silence by employees who have low self-efficacy and feeling free to express employees' ideas and thoughts, who have high self-efficacy. This research consists of three parts. There are concept of organization and other concepts interested in organization, the concept of organizational silence which forms the main topic of researh in the first part, concept of self efficacy in the second part and datas on results of research and findings in the third part.
