The negative factors which will prevent productive power must be determined and minimized or eliminated.In our paper, ethic concept and this concept?s development has been researched, the factors which lead the employees, who work at travel agencies, to unethical behaviours have been discussed theoretically, after then the reasons have been pointed out which lead the employees, who work at the travel agencies in Didim and Kuşadası, to unethical behaviours
