Abstract (EN)

After the foundation of Ottoman State, administrative organization had been restructured according to conditions of the period with the example of associations at the time of Turkish States having been founded before it. The change with renewal had been experienced by Ilmiye central organization, one of the most significant central organizations of the State, as well. From the foundation of Ottoman State on, each officer used some part of his own mansion for formal affairs; as for in the 19th century, it had been seen that the affairs got harder. For the association of shaykh al-islam, the works of give a fetwa, lesson and district had been collected in a centre after establishment of a fixed State administration. Assignments of professor, kadı, müfti and officers for new-opened assemblies are located in the "One Numbered Telhis Notebook". With the period of renewal, changes and development within organization are seen in these assignments.
