Banned from watching measure

The struggle of the first people with nature constitutes the oldest examples of sports. Over time, sports have taken the form of a regulated competition and many people have been affected directly or indirectly. The expansion of sports' sphere of influence has caused national and international authorities to seek solutions to many problems. In Turkey, sports and especially football are sometimes the cause of social unity and solidarity, and sometimes social polarization. In recent years, many regulations have been made about sports and what is hidden in sports. In the first part of this program, the concepts of violence in sports, the reasons for the proliferation in sports, solution suggestions and the methods used to solve this problem are discussed. Again, comparative law was used in this section. Law No. 6222 on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports is the law in force in Turkey regarding the prevention of violence in sports. One of the most important articles of this Law is undoubtedly Article 18, which regulates the measure of prohibition from navigation. The factor that makes the measure of prohibition from navigation, which is the main subject of the study, so important is its high deterrent effect. Because the measure of prohibition from viewing means that the person to whom the measure is applied is prohibited from watching the competitions and training. The biggest punishment for a fan who is blindly loyal to his favorite team is not being able to watch that team's match. In the second part of the study, the measure of banning from watching, which is extremely important in preventing violence in sports and which is also the subject of the study, was examined in detail and controversial issues were evaluated. In addition to sports law sources, criminal law, criminal procedure law, misdemeanor law and sports science sources were used. The measure of prohibition from navigation has been considered as a protection measure, security measure, preventive measure and administrative measure in accordance with the Law systematic. Article 18/9 of the Law. Violation of the obligation of the perpetrator banned from traveling to the law enforcement as per the article is evaluated under a separate heading. At the end of the second part, opinions and suggestions regarding the measure of banning navigation are included.
