Abstract (EN)
The concept of intertextuality is a textual reality that was theorized by Julia Kristeva in 1960. Every text carries a living bond of interaction with the texts written before it and the texts to be writtenafter it. Each text is reconstructed in the reader's mind with this interaction bond. In our study, it is aimed to determine the nature of Sezai Karakoç's Gün Doğmadan, one of the most striking names of modern Turkish poetry, in terms of intertextual elements and to evaluate it in terms of Turkish education. The poems in Gün Doğmadan were evaluated in th econtext of quotations and references (reference) and analyzed and interpreted in terms of intertextuality. Document analys is model, one of the qualitative research methods, wasused in the study. The material of our study consists of the poems in the book titled Gün Doğmadan, which collectively contains all of Sezai Karakoç's poems published in different books. As a result of the examinations made in thework, it was determined that references (references) were used more than quotations. As a result of the study, it has been reached that the poems in thebooktitled Gün Doğmadan are a very convenient source fori ntertextual reading. Keyconcepts: Turkish Education, intertextuality, Sezai Karakoç, Gün Doğmadan
