Abstract (EN)
It is a fact that the life of a person, system, component or product is known to be random and unpredictable. For this reason, survival analysis is used which includes statistical methods when it is desired to determine the life of any individual. Survival analysis tries to estimate the lifetime of the population by determining the statistical distributions of lifetime data. This study, which deals with the issue of survival analysis, aims at observing the lifetime of product parts and calculating the expected lifetime by determining lifetime distributions. When the subject of interest is the lifetime of a part, it is impossible to keep the part under observation from the beginning to the end of the work due to various reasons. This case gives rise to high degree of uncertainty in the data obtained for use in the analysis. For this reason, the data were obtained as triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and fuzzy set theory was used in mathematical operations of the analysis. Therefore, since the data are fuzzy numbers, the distribution of lifetime is also analyzed in the fuzzy environment.
