Abstract (EN)
In this study, the Bosnia-born officers based on Sicill-i Ahval Notebooks including biographies of civil servants and located in the Prime Ministry Ottoman Archive were investigated. According to this, in total 161 Bosnia-born civil servant have been determined in Sicill-i Ahval Notebooks. Birthdates, father's names, age of beginning officialdom, education level, amount of salary, languages, grades, medals of the servants were shown tabular. Moreover, in this study the establishment aim of the Committee of Sicill'i Ahval, offices and duties of it, political structure, governmental and educational structure of Bosnia by Sicill-i Ahval Notebooks were investigated.
