Abstract (EN)

It is also seen that adolescents witnessed violence as well as exposure to violence. This negatively affects the adolescents, and the relationship between the psychological resilience of the adolescents and their empathy and self-efficacy has been explored together with the demographic variables. The sample of the research consists of a total of 405 students studying in the high schools of Dulkadiroğlu and Onikişubat in the central districts of Kahramanmaras. Also simple random sampling method is used. The research data were collected by using a child and youth resilience scale, empathic tendency scale, self-efficacy scale and demographic information form. SPSS 22.00 was used in the analysis of the research data and the findings were evaluated at ,05 significance level. As a result of the analyzes, there is a positive, weak and meaningful relationship between the psychological resilience and empathic tendencies of the adolescent students who are exposed to violence; a positive, mid-level, and meaningful relationship between psychological resilience and self-efficacy; there was a positive, weak and meaningful relationship between self-efficacy and empathic tendencies. In the students who are exposed to violence, psychological resilience and grade average, absenteeism without excuse, between parents being together and being alive; between empathic tendency and grade level, gender, maternal education status; there was a significant relationship between self-efficacy and grade average. İt was found that there was a meaningful relationship between academic self-sufficiency and gender, grade average, absenteeism, unity of parents; between emotional self-efficacy and gender and maternal education status variables. No significant difference was found between social self-efficacy and any variables.
