Evaluation of the leaflets about cigarettes in Islamic Law

Our study on the Evaluation of Risals Written About Smoking in terms of Islamic Law was formed in three parts. In the first part introduced tobacco and cigarettes produced from it. The historical adventure of tobacco and cigarettes was discussed and a ground was created for the purpose of our thesis. In the second chapter, we talked about cigarettes in various periods during which we are referring to them in the discussions about smoking. By introducing these treaties, firstly, the opinions of the authors about the religious provision of cigarettes were included. In our study, the treaties were evaluated in four parts: those who advocated the helix of smoking, those who claimed their haram, those who remained neutral and those who spoke different aspects. Short information about the authors of these works were included. In the third chapter, the reasons and reasons given as the basis for the haram of cigarette smoking were discussed.
