Insurance dispute resolution by arbitration

Our thesis intents to analyze the procedure of arbitration in insurance dispute, particularly Insurance Arbitration Commission have been studied which are regulated under Insurance Law numbered 5684. By the support of arbitration, disputes in the field of insurance can be resolved more quickly and reliably. Although insurance arbitration has many advantages according to state courts, it also has its own problems. In this sense, the benefits and drawbacks of insurance arbitration will also be discussed in our thesis.This thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the history of arbitration, the concept and types of arbitration are examined, legal nature of arbitration is determined. In the second chapter, definition of insurance agreements are made, its relation with arbitration is disputed. In the third chapter, Insurance Arbitration Commission is studied.
