Edition of Sihâbuddin al-Suhrawardi's Nuġbatu'l-Bayân fi Tafsiri'l-Qur'ân from Surah Yunus to al-Isrā'

In this study, we have examined and edited some parts of the tafsir Nuġbatu'l-Bayān fī Tafsīri'l-Qur'ān of Abû Ḥafṣ Šihābuddīn ʿOmar al-Suhrawardī (539 - 632) who is one oft the most important and well-known sūfī scholars in islamic history. In this regard, relaying on 5 manuscripts we have focused on the edition of the part from surah Yūnus to al-İsrā', so we continued the critical edition of Yaşar Düzenli who made the parts from al-Fātiḥa to al-Tawba. After presenting the life and works of Suhrawardī, we have concisely identified some characteristics of the the tafsir by relaying upon the edited part of it. In the last chapter of the first part the edition method is explained and the second part is devoted to the critical edition of the surah Yūnus to al-İsrā'.
