Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to evaluate in situ disappearance of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF), degradation parameters (a + b + c and a+b) and effective degradability (ED) of wheat straw treated with S (silage effluent), SWUM (silage effluent + water, urea + molasses), UMW (urea + molasses + water), UM (urea + molasses) and W (water), and then subjected to 45 days anaerobic fermentation. In present study, rumen cannulated four Holstein bulls of 400 kg and 20 months of age were used as animal material. After fermentation, all treated feed groups including control group were incubated to rumen for 4, 8, 16, 24, 48, 72 and 96 h by using nylon bag technique. Differences in terms of DM, OM, CP, ADF and NDF degradabilites among the feed groups were found significant (p<0.05). Treatment with silage effluent increased rumen degradability of wheat straw (p<0.05). Also, treating wheat straw with silage effluent hindered the growth of pathogenic microorganisms.
