Abstract (EN)

In this study, design and manufacture of ultrasonic system was turning round. Electronic or mechanical, including ultrasonic system consists of two parts. Exposed to vibration and mechanical section of the actual cutting process. The mechanical portion of the system is designed, and measurements were made first. Cutting lathe designed system specific parameters (cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut) made an attempt. AISI 310 stainless steel processed by the testing of the system on the cutting parameters, surface roughness, cutting force on the team as a numerical estimate due to displacement of the cutting tool wear and chip formation were examined. According to the parameters for all the cutting surface roughness values measured by the ultrasonic turning lower than those measured by conventional turning. On the displacements of the cutting tool, ultrasonic displacements less oluduğu turning, however, is less than the shear forces have been analyzed. Given the measured amounts of cutting tool wear of ultrasonic cutting tool wear in turning amounts lower than the conventional turning operations. Received chip samples, with ultrasonic turning the helical-shaped chips, wood chips obtained by conventional forms of turning the complex. Was a form of chip-shaped blade for all processing methods. Keywords: Ultrasonic turning, Horn design, replaced with a Team, surface roughness, tool wear.
