Abstract (EN)
Photonics investigates interaction between the light and matter. The light propagates in wave guide medium that can be defined as photonic structure. Light is an electromagnetic wave. The motion of the electromagnetic wave, hence the light, in the photonic medium is governed by this medium. Medium parameters such as geometric structure, refractive index, length and isotropy dominantly influence the propagation of the electromagnetic wave. Silicium is one of the fundamental materials, especially in semiconductor technology. In this study, the efficiently motion of electromagnetic waves in photonic structure based on silicium were examined by optimize electromagnetic wave parameters and photonic structure parameters.
