Abstract (EN)
In this study, headed as "Fee in Brokerage Contract", "fee", the most important right of a broker based on brokerage contract who serves for conclusion of contracts for principal, is evaluated under the regulation of Turkish Code of Obligations numbered 6098 between articles 520-525. Within this frame, in the first part; making, elements and characteristics of brokerage contract are explained. After that, in the second part; birth of fee right in brokerage contract and the amount of it are analyzed. Finally, in the third part, fulfilment of fee debt by principal and special conditions affecting fee are scrutinized.
