Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly historical development of the topic is mentioned, some definitions and main results used in the work are given. In the third section, regular and singular Hahn Sturm-Liouville problems are studied. Finally a description of all maximal dissipative, accretive, self- adjoint extensions and some other extensions of singular Hahn Sturm-Liouville operator is given in terms of boundary conditions.
