Establishment, development and activities of Sinop Turk Ocagi (1923-1931)

This study concentrates on the activities of "Sinop Türk Ocağı" establishment, development and activities (1923-1931). For this, the political and social events in the period in which the Turkish quarries emerged in general were examined and then the history of Sinop province was mentioned in particular. Sinop, an old city, seems to have hosted many civilizations in the historical process. With the Turks coming to Anatolia, Sinop, a Turkish city, has become an important Black Sea port. The study focuses on the activities of Sinop Türk Ocakların between 1923-1931, which is the subject of research in the third chapter, the history of Sinop in the second chapter, the establishment of Turkish Ocaklarının in general in the first section which is composed of four parts in this sense. Due to special reasons, Sinop has not been able to reach an adequate archive, picture and document in this period and it has been seen that magazines and literatures are weighted in magazines published by Ocağ. In the last part, the result obtained in general is examined.
