Abstract (EN)

Sinop is located in the furthest point in north and on Blacksea seaside of Anatolia the most beautiful place of earth?s geography and also considered as the middle point of Blacksea seaside. With thick forests of rank trees, streams, falls, lakes, endless beaches and pretty clean sea; it has a nature that can speak authoritatively about every branch of tourism. By this geographical location, it has been the settlement region of many civilizations in Anatolian history. Further, due to its natural harbors which are rare characteristics of its, at all times it has been in the first rows of rare den points of marine commerce. Sinop, reflecting tracks of all societies and civilizations it housed, has unique cultural resources with its antique works and historical tissue. It is a global heritage with constructions built in all times since bronze era and works made by style of each civilization. In our province, hunting all kinds of fish according to the season, unique flavors of fish is served in regional dishes. A pretty rich kitchen has been waiting for you in Sinop, prepared totally naturally. Sinop is improving its importance in tourism sector day by day by its nature, plateau, mountains, valleys and fiords allowing all nature sports such as hunting, rafting, tracking, outdoor, hand gliding, surf sailing, swimming, diving, etc. In spite of all these historical and natural beauties, Sinop has been neglected for years. Maybe it has been shadowed by Samsun, its eastern neighbor. It couldn?t accomplish its contemporary urbanization, mainly infrastructure and superstructure. When the social structure of the city is inspected, it has economically gotten back since the first years of the republic despite being the pioneer of the social and the cultural developments. Aids sent to the eastern provinces for years have not come to Sinop. On the contrary, economical corporations creating employment have been closed. That roads are not sufficient, even though surrounded by the seas from three sides maritime in Turkey is neglected and the airport has been closed because that it was not economically efficient have left the Sinop to its destiny. Unemployment has caused people to immigrate to outside the city and abroad. For this reason, the population in Sinop has been decreasing while increasing in Turkey. Besides problems of education, health and environment are the other issues to be solved as soon as possible. Extensive projects should be prepared to solve firstly the problems of expert personnel and immigration and then economical and social problems and these projects should be implemented without any latency.
