The relationship between Cirrhosis İsmail Pasha central government (1785-1813)

Ismail Pasha, who was the Serpent of Serres (Cirrhosis), was regarded as a setting that helped the mountain bandit before 1796, and after that date this perspective changed with his successful politics in favor of the state. Sirozlu İsmail, who permanently supported Alemdar Mustafa Pasha, soon became an actor who took an active part in the Rumeli region between the Ayans and the state. Sirozlu İsmail, who did not follow an oppositional line against the Nizam-ı cedit army and the other military reform movement, III. Selim expressed his commitment in every sense. In this study, the bureaucratic relations of Sirozlu Ismail with the Ottoman Empire between 1785 and 1813 were studied. Especially the relations with Pazvandoglu, Georgian Osman Pasha, Tirsinikli, Haseki Ayani Emin Aga and other mountainous banditers are emphasized. Sirozlu Ismail Pasha's Tekfurdağı revolt in the rebellion of the state and the people of the region to prevent damage to the peace of the ground was highlighted. In addition, with the military struggles in the Danube basin, especially in the Russian Russian War of 1806-12, the effective assault and resistance successes in the Roughing Regime were conveyed. Also, the place and importance of Pazvandoğlu in Vidin in his rebellion caused by opposition janissaries and bandits' unions were expressed with his invasion politics.
