Abstract (EN)
With the discovery of the transistor, from the first personal computers to the present day, huge desktop computers were replaced by smartphones and tablet computers. The open source mobile operating system for Android and Apple smartphones with IOS operating systems used on their devices, Google PlayStore and AppStore application markets for free or for free downloading many software allows devices to make your life easier. Of course, the most important of all these applications is health practices. People now want to access health data quickly, learn about healthy living, and gain a good understanding of their health history. In this study, T.C Ministry of Health's service in 2015, mobile e-Pulse application, which can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store and Apple Store application markets, a total of 3,965 user comments left through the application market were analyzed using the text mining software QDA MINER ™ and WORDSTAT ™. The purpose of the propositions is to determine the aspects and errors that are liked by users on the different platforms offered by mobile applications, the relationship criteria and consistency between star ratings and comments. As a result of the analysis of the comments, the problematic aspects of the application should be developed. In addition, the contribution levels of the Star rating levels to the development of the software were analyzed by analyzing the innovations and deficiencies between the versions on the mobile platforms and by analyzing the development of the application through user contributions.
