Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the macrofungal diversity of Yıldızdağı, located within the borders of Yıldızeli district of Sivas province. Color pictures of macrofungi samples were taken during field trips between 2019-2020 and their ecological characteristics and some morphological features were noted. The samples were wrapped in paper and aluminum foil to avoid damage and brought to the laboratory in a box. Spore prints of the macrofungus specimens were taken and dried with an electric heater. The microscopic properties of the samples were determined on dry samples using suitable chemicals and light microscopy. As a result of the field and morphological analysis, sixty-two species belonging to 2 divisions, 2 classes, 6 ordes, 26 families and 46 genera were identified. Among the identified macrofungi species, 4 of them (6%) belong to Ascomycota, 58 (94%) to Basidiomycota, 28 were edible, 26 inedible and 8 poisonous fungi.
