Abstract (EN)
Understanding the Babaî's rebellion which made trouble and accelerated the collapsing of Turkey Seljuk State that is the most important political structure of Turkish domination in Anatolia is very important for Anatolian Turkish history. Why did own community of State participate in the uprising against Seljuk Empire? We tried to analyze by focusing on political reasons, religious, social and economic reasons of the rebellion that is under the leadership of Baba İlyâs and Baba İshak against the Turkey Seljuk State in 1240. This study, which we focus on the Babaî rebellions, consists of an introduction part and two sections. In the introduction part, description of the terms "rebellion" and 'baba' are explained with examples of importance on Turkish and Islamic culture. In the first chapter, we mentioned that the political situation of the Turkey Seljuk State between 1230-1240 by religious, cultural and economic aspects. In the second chapter, we identified the organizers of the Babaî rebellion, we discussed preperation and the beginning process of rebellion.
