The Presidency of Religious Affairs in the context of sirah publishing

Understanding the life of the Prophet (PBUH) correctly, knowing his exemplary personality and personality is of great importance for the construction of society. Therefore, it is a necessity to examine the science of Sirah meticulously in the academic field. The preparation of sirah books that introduce the life of the Prophet (PBUH) and shape the religious perception of the society is of great importance for the construction of religious consciousness. This study aims to examine the qualities of the works published by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in the field of sirah and getting to know the Prophet (pbuh). In the study, the scope of the works of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in the field of seerah, the diversity of the subjects covered, and whether controversial issues were written or not were evaluated. The research begins with an introduction and explains the purpose, importance, method and sources of the study. The Presidency of Religious Affairs and the General Directorate of Religious Publications are briefly introduced. In the first part of our research, summaries of the analysed works were made and evaluated in terms of content and content. In the second part, detailed evaluations of the analysed works under different headings are discussed. This comprehensive review will examine the reflections of DİB's work in the field of sirah and its contributions to the academic field.
