Staff assignment problem and solution approach

The exams of the open education faculty are conducted four times a year with a great organization. As a part of this organization, academic staffs are being assigned to the tasks which are the part of the exams. Due to the assignment process is too hard to do by hand and it takes a lot of time, the assignment software was needed to automate the procedure. In order to solve the problem, literature survey was made. The assignment problems that aims to find the minimum cost of assignment of n jobs to m workers are taken as example to establish a mathematical model. After the optimal solution obtained with the model, an algorithm which implements the model is developed and an automation that suitable to the algorithm is written in C#.
