Class and branch teachers teaching principal and methods regarding self sufficiency perceptions

The aim of this study is to determine the self-efficacy perceptions of branch and classroom teachers about teaching principles and methods. This research is a survey model. The research consists of 330 class and branch teachers working in Aşkale district of Erzurum between 2017-2018. Data collection tool; It is the ilke teaching Principles and methods course self-efficacy scale sek developed by Sekvan KUZU for teachers and prospective teachers. In the analysis of the data, t-test and ANOVA test were used. Significance level was taken as. 05 for all analyzes. At the end of the study, it was determined that the teachers were above the median in terms of their self-efficacy levels of knowledge of basic concepts, knowledge of teaching and learning approaches and planning knowledge. It was found that the sub-dimensions of knowledge of program development process were lower than the mean. "Gender", "branch" "education level", "school level they're working at", faculty they graduated from", "whether or not to take the course", there was no statistically significant difference.There was no statistical difference among all these situations. There was a statistically significant difference between teachers self-efficacy levels and their seniority.
