The effects on student achivement of communication between teacher-student in class and apractie

VI ABSTRACT A quick alteration is faced nowadays. From the aspect of companies, in the competitive atmosphere; effort for productivity became more important, in this case making the administrators and employees gain effective communication skills is emphasized. Social alteration has also affected the schools like ali other organizations. Mission and vision of the schools has been started to be criticized. Student achievement which is one of the most important outputs of the school is researched. One of the most significant factors in quality in education is good relationship between school administrators, teachers and students. In this study, relationship between teacher-student communication and academic achievement of the students has been researched. To measure the relationship teacher and student communication inventory has been used. The data of the research have been gathered from one hundred (100) students in five Anadolu Lisesi High Schools in the district of Eskişehir. On the data correlation, frequency, have been used. It is obtained that there is a significant relationship between teacher-student communication and academic achievement of the students
