Invastigation of the effect of multicultural personality on respect to differences elemantary school teacher candidates

Turkey is a country which has a multicultural structure. The diversty in society has been increasıng day by day. In the primary school period where the basic values are being gained; it is ımportant that classroom teachers who are role models foe children how they exhibit attitude with being tolarance and respect. The main purpose of this study in this context is the analyze effects on the respects to differences of multicultural personality features of classroom teacher condidates. Aimed at bringing about this basic purpose; to emphasize importance and necessity of multicultural education for primary school has been contituting subpurposes of the study.
