Abstract (EN)

The principle of the researcher is suggesting ideas based on the researching findingsabout primary school teacher?s appointing and place changing.The population of the research consists of 2337 primary schoolteachers who work in city centre and administrative districts and towns and villageswhich depended to these administrative districts. The sample is choosen 470 primaryschool teachers. An questionnaire prepared by the researcher is used in order tocollect data.Issue, percent, mean are calculated and t-test and single directionvaryans analyze(F-test) the data.After analyzing data the following findings have been reached:1. The primary school teachers realize that problems which they face offduring appointings and place changing is in the ?often? level.2. According the sex, female teachers realize that appointing problem is ahigh level problem, opposite the male teachers.3. According the marital status single teachers realize that appointingproblem is a high level problem opposite the male teachers.4. According the place of residence, teachers who don?t work in their countryrealize that appointing problem is a high level problem, opposite the teachers whowork in their country.5. According the education level, licence graduated teachers realize thatappoining problem is a high level problem opposite the pre-licence and post licencegraduated teachers.6. According the working place, the teachers who work in villages realizethat appointing problem is a high level poblem, opposite the teachers who work intowns,administrative distincts and city centre.7. According to the Professional seniority teachers who have been workingfor 1-5 years realize that appointing problem is a high level problem opposite theother teachers.8. According the serving point, teachers who has 1-50 serving points realizethat appointing is a high level problem opposite the others teachers.9. According to the last working place teachers who have been working for1-2 years and 10 and more years in the same place, realize that appointing is a highlevel problem opposite the other teachers.10. According to number of appointing teachers whose appointing number is1-2 realize that appointing is a high level problem opposite the other teachers.11. According to the mate?s occupation teachers whose mate is attorneygeneral sage, military personal, police and working depend on Bağkur realize thatappointing is a high level problem opposite the other teachers.
