This research aims to examine the internet usage self-efficacy perceptions of primary school teachers and their attitudes towards distance education in terms of various variables. In the study, the relational survey model, one of the general survey models, was used. The research was carried out with the voluntary participation of 93 classroom teachers from 121 teachers working in official institutions in Demirci District of Manisa Province in the 2021-2022 academic year.. The data collection of the research was made with online forms due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection tool consists of three parts and starts with the personal information form developed by the researcher. In the second part, there is the 11-item Internet Use Self- Efficacy Scale developed by Akgün, Topal and Duman (2017), and in the third part, the Distance Education Attitude Scale consisting of 21 items developed by Ağır (2007). Analysis of the collected data, SPSS 25 program was used, and when normality analyzes were performed, it was seen that it showed normal distribution with all sub- dimensions. T-test and correlation analyzes were performed by applying parametric analyzes. According to the results of the research, it was found that the primary school teachers had high self-efficacy perceptions of internet use, were undecided about the advantages of their attitudes towards distance education, and agreed that they had disadvantages. When the results are examined, it can be said that the primary school teachers do not fully adopt distance education. There was no significant difference in internet usage self-efficacy perceptions and attitudes towards distance education according to variables such as gender, age, and professional seniority. No relationship was found between primary school teachers' internet use self-efficacy and their attitudes towards distance education.
