Capitalism labor mobility as a result of conflict with globalization has increased the international space beyond national borders. Different policies have been implemented at various times to ensure the accumulation of capital. Today in front of the freedom of capital movement liberalization opened the monitored state. In the capital at the lowest cost to provide maximum recovery on behalf of the labor market, labor is devalued. The reproduction of labor and take the name of a good life began to migrate to places appropriate to their circumstances. A break of the rural labor mobility, migration routes of the city and from town to town performing been translated across borders. As a result of that country's immigration policies are implemented in a flexible visa policy and border supple experienced in production have become immigrants. Labor migration held from Georgia to Turkey through Georgia and Turkey is an example of the internationalization of capital and labor. Employment with the development of capitalism, the changes occurring in the labor force migration and interaction in the Turkey and Georgia. These changes in both countries have found different provisions. Labor mobility within the scope of this study is to evaluate the differences and similarities are presented.
