Özet (EN)

In this research, concrete is produced by replacing 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% Carbon Black with Cement and was cured in 0V, 45V, 60V and 90V stress values for 24 hours. Ambient conditions during the curing process (22⁰C), with the aid of the climate chamber and were applied in 0⁰C and -10⁰C. During the curing process internal temperatures are recorded, the final setting times were determined. Produced samples are cured for 24 hours then compressive strengths are determined for 1 day. After this process, in Standard Cure Pool, produced samples are waited to cure for 7 and 28 days and strentgh values are determined. Electrical, physical and mechanical properties of the samples were investigated at 28th day. Internal temperature of concrete increases with increasing carbon black concentration ratio and the tension was observed. The setting time is accelerated with the increase of stress concentration has been observed that the shorter the molding period. It was observed that the electrical resistivity values decreased due to conductive structure of carbon black. It ıncreases the requirement of binder by making filler effect due to its fine grains in carbon black. With the increasing need for reduction in the compressive strength binder, void ratio, and capillary suction of water, an increase in water absorption ratio.
