Abstract (EN)

In recent years, multidimensional developments in the political, economic, military and cultural relations in the international area have drawn significant attention. With changing constraints, the center of the "New World Order" has shifted towards the Asia-Pacific region. A once-super power USSR and the current super-power China have made this region particularly important. Increasing its economic power in the New World Order that is formed after the Cold-War, China is trying to demonstrate a similar performance in bolstering its political power. In this work, we would like to look into these changes in China's Foreign Policy. We will analyze the position of China in the New World Order while studying the concept of "Soft Power" a popular tool in the international affairs today and its influence on the China's Foreign Policy.
