Abstract (EN)

Turkey's post-Cold War relations with Turk World in this study that examine; Firstly, geographical and historical definition has been made in order to better understand the countries and communities of the region. Then, Turkey's relations with the relevant state and structure; "Turkey, Azerbaijan Related Studies", "Turkey, Kazakhstan Related Studies", "Turkey, Uzbekistan Related Studies", "Turkey, Kyrgyzstan Related Studies", "Turkey, Turkmenistan Related Studies", Turkey, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Related Studies "," Turkey, Turkey Other Structures and Communities Related to Studies "are discussed in seven main headings. These main titles are divided into sub-titles as political, economic, military, cultural and social, and the study is detailed. In the study, Turkey's pros and cons of the activities carried out that the majority of which are within the framework of the signed agreements in these countries and structures were investigated. As a result of the investigation, the deficiencies of the activities carried out and the failing aspects were determined. The study was concluded by presenting suggestions and recommendations regarding these deficiencies.
