Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study is to development of (1-x).La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 + x. CaO and Cuo (x = 0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15) composite materials with their M-RT values could be high enough to use for technological applications.Two parent samples and composites were pressed in tablet form and sintered at 1000 oC for 24 h. The morphological and crystallographic properties of the samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDS), atomic force microscopy (AFM, Solver PRO SPM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The resistivity versus temperature measurement of the compound was measured by using a standard four-probe method. Keywords: Perovskite, Manganite Compounds, Sol-Gel Method, Magnetoresistance
