Abstract (EN)

In this research, anti-bacterial film on glass surfaces coated with the sol-gel technique. Silver, copper, zinc, and metal ions of metals such as known antimicrobial activity. These metal ions and silver ions from the silver nano particles showed significant antibacterial extremely well known. Silver has a high toksic effect of bacteria but has not toksical effect of humans. For a long time silver using of clear and medical purpose. In this study antibacterial thin films, coated % 1 to % 5 amounts of silver ion, have been prepared on glass substrate by the sol-gel process. The antibacterial activity of the coatings were invastigated Staphylococcus aureus with paralel work. The forming Staphylococcus aureus were counts at begin, 6 hour,12 hours and 24 hour. In addition crystal structure of thin film powder was invastigated by using XRD and microstructure was invastigated by using SEM.
