Özet (EN)

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the world and Turkey seen in women, despite progress in recent years in developing methods for early diagnosis and treatment is still an important cause of morbidity and mortality. Early stage breast cancer is a cancer that can provide curative treatment with surgical treatment. However, curative treatment in metastatic disease is unlikely. Adjuvant chemotherapies have been developed in addition to the radiotherapy and hormonotherapy in order to eliminate the risk of metastasis and to increase disease-free and overall survival in patients with high risk of recurrence. The choice of chemotherapy protocols involving the most effective regimens on solid tumors of women increases the disease-free and overall survival time by reducing the risk of recurrence and metastasis. This is directly related to prognostic factors related to the patient and the locus. For this purpose, it is crucial for the clinician to choose the ideal and most effective chemotherapy regimen suitable for the prognostic factors of the patients. The aim of this thesis study is to determine the ideal chemotherapy protocol on 100 female patients with solid breast cancer that is disease-free and prolongs the overall survival time due to prognostic factors. As a result is that combined treatment with 'cyclophosphamide-epirubicin-paclitaxel' chemotherapy regimens will further improve overall survival in breast cancer. Keywords: Chemotherapy protocols, Breast cancer, Metastasis, General survival, Prognostic factors.
