Perception of non-governmental organizations in the context of social entrepreneurship activities: Elaziğ provincial example

With globalization, the problems faced by societies today continue to increase. Hence, the need for solutions to problems increases. Despite all the developments, solutions for dealing with problems are insufficient. The fact that the problems are diverse and seen in many societies also requires the solutions produced to be effective and sustainable. Thus, it is seen that the concept of social entrepreneurship comes to the fore. Non-governmental organizations also try to create social change by using social entrepreneurship in solving social problems. The fields of non-governmental organizations and social entrepreneurship are mixed and exhibit common characteristics. The field of study of the thesis also emerges right here. In the study; Relations of non-governmental organizations with social entrepreneurship are discussed. Purpose of the research; It is to determine whether NGOs in Elazig have real social entrepreneurship structures. Data were collected using questionnaire technique. "Do non-governmental organizations know about social entrepreneurship?" The answer to the question was sought.
