Abstract (EN)

Administration refers to the management of human communities in economic and social contexts. Social work management, on the other hand, entails the administration of institutions where social work practices are carried out to ensure their smooth functioning. Social Service Centers are one of the institutions within the realm of social work management, where social workers conduct their social service applications. Social workers working in this field can experience burnout due to the cases they handle. In this study, the aim was to evaluate the levels of burnout among social workers based on descriptive variables. In this context, it was determined that burnout levels vary according to variables such as educational background, gender, duration of employment, employment status, working unit, and workload. Accordingly, relevant recommendations have been provided.
