Establishment of security from the perspective of social work: Security organization

In order to meet the security requirements, the Police Department works to build trust with the concept of community supported policing by improving police public relations. Community-assisted policing services with one-to-one face-to-face relationships work to prevent crime before it occurs by emphasizing communication and trust. The social work profession places people in the center and works and serves for the well-being of the human being, in particular the individual, group and society, especially the disadvantaged segments of the society in need of protection. The study examines the similarities of the preventive and regulatory services performed by the police within the scope of their administrative duties and before the crime occurs with the community assisted policing vehicle and the services that the social workers carry out or are in charge of their duties and works, and the importance of the cooperation between them especially in terms of prevention of crime. The study showed that policing and the social work profession enables individuals to discover and strengthen their own strengths by working on the disadvantaged people in social life and their problem areas with the characteristics of guiding, helping, protecting and protecting. The issues it intervenes in and in some cases addressing the same target group are common or similar. The police, who are tasked with providing public order and legal security, are differentiated from the social worker who is human-centered and works to improve human well-being. However, this difference does not mean the separation of these two professions but their cooperation and cooperation.
