Abstract (EN)
In our study, the extent of the privacy violated in social media has been discussed and the problems which are in the family and the effect of these problems on divorce have been tried to be expressed. The significant point has been the married individuals act within the framework of their rights and responsibilities while interacting in these areas. First of all, it should be noted that the aim of this study is not to oppose social media, but to evaluate the effect of social media on divorces from an Islamic perspective, based on the main problems it creates in the family along with the many advantages it provides. In the first chapter, the purpose of social media usage and its effects on society are emphasized, social media is handled within the framework of simakasidus-sharia, and evaluations are made on the basis of the protection of religion, life, property, mind and generation. In the second part, the general framework of privacy in Islamic law is drawn, body images displayed in social media, the display of private places and information privacy are discussed. Today, it has been tried to determine to what extent the limits of privacy in social networks have been exceeded and the privacy violations that occur in these networks have been mentioned. In the third and last part, based on the events encountered in daily life, privacy violations in social media caused by "the effect of social networks on communication within the family, nuşuz and shikak, the fact that social media makes the walls of houses transparent, makes new forms of relationships possible, and prepares the ground for virtual dating". With these titles, the effect of divorce on divorces due to the problems it causes in the family has been tried to be evaluated.
