Applications for early years education in terms of social policy: England, Finland and Turkey examples

In this paper, England's, Finland's and Turkey's social policies and practices related to early years education have been examined and evaluated in terms of social policy. Second part of the thesis is given to the national aspects of education and countries' general educational structure. The research has examined England and Finland's social policies towards early years education. Similarities and differences between the two countries and Turkey applications are expressed. In research results; comments and suggestions shows that the early years education has an important role in social policy field.
