Looking at the results obtained in the research, the strategic alliance trend has a positive relationship between the level of social capital. That is, managers make decisions by associating them with social capital components while carrying out a strategic alliance. The dimension of building and maintaining relationships has more to do with unity of purpose and action. Trust indoctrination has a moderate relationship on the unity of purpose and action. Other variables include a low-level positive-directional relationship. As expected, it was concluded that the components of social capital were in a relationship when forming a strategic alliance.
