Abstract (EN)
In this study, starting from 1,4-dioxospiro[4,5]decan-8-one compound, "2-Amino-4,7-dihydro-5H-spiro[benzo[b]thiophene-6,2'-[1,3]dioxalone]-3-carbonitrile (1)" compound, and using 1,4-dioxospiro[4,5]decan-8-one and methyl-2-cyano acetate, "methyl 2-amino-4,7-dihydro-5H-spiro[benzo[b]thiophene-6,2'-[1,3]dioxalone]-3-carbonitrile (2)" two amine compounds were synthesized by Gewald method. Each of these synthesized amine compounds were interacted with benzoyl chloride compounds containing chlorine and nitro groups as mono substituted at positions 2, 3 and 4 to synthesize substituted amide compounds containing chlorine and nitro groups. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated with FTIR (ATR), 1H NMR and 13C NMR-APT spectra.
