Public regulations in economy of sports and Turkey evaluation

Nowadays, sports have not only caused more than just a means or a avocation to make use of one's spare times but also grow and made strong its economic view. It is also considered as a appropriate instruments of investment to achieve many international organizations. It is possible to reach people from different cultures and profile via sports. Thus, sport is a tools of cultural and economic. After this advancements and evolutions, sports have become an important source of income; and its regulatory and effective role have increased greatly as a result of its direct effect on the country's economy. The countries and international organizastions now, as in all other areas, have started to develop a number of policies and regulations in order to dominate the power to influence the global market also in the sport. In our study here, we tried to make a number of basic descriptions on economy, sports, establishment and corporations; talked about the impact of the markets on the sports; made a few statements about operations and activities of the sports businesses; evaluated the sports policies applied in Turkey within the public regulations and independent administrative agency; and finally by submitting the results obtained, we made certain advices.
