Abstract (EN)
Indoor sport halls are areas where sports competitions are held intensively. Physical risk factors such as light, temperature and sound must be kept under control in order to conduct the competitions efficiently. The most important of these is light. It directly affects the eyesight of both athletes, referees and spectators. An ideal lighting is essential in indoor sports halls to enhance the viewing pleasure of the spectators and to prevent performance losses due to visual impairments of athletes and referees. The main condition for meeting this condition is to keep the average luminance level at the optimum level and to remove the harmonics in the glow distribution. So, ensuring uniformity of glow on the floor. Providing these conditions will bring visual comfort conditions as well as eliminating the above negativities. Therefore, the glow values in indoor sports halls should be checked at certain time intervals and necessary maintenance should be done. If the necessary maintenance is not done, even if the concepts such as luminance level, smoothness factor, shadow factor and light color are completely suitable for the needs, if there are excess controls, this will cause glare, and glare will reduce the possibility of seeing. So glare is a concept directly related to visual comfort. Whether visual comfort is provided in an environment is checked by Unified Glare Ratio (UGR) value. UGR account;depends on the glow of each light source in the environment, the glow of the environment, the magnitude of the angle at which the source of the glare appears and its location in the field of view. As is seen, the UGR value is very complex to calculate mathematically. Computers and applications are needed to calculate. Considering all these difficulties, it has become inevitable to propose a new method. For this purpose; a new forecasting method has been proposed for the control of glow smoothness in indoor sports halls. With this method, inhomogeneous points in the luminance distribution of indoor sports halls can be easily predicted and the system can be intervened at the right time as necessary.
