A questionnaire including personal information form, ''Mindful Eating Scale (MES-30)'' and ''ORTO-15 (Orthorexia Nervosa Symptoms Scale)'' were applied to the participants. Who go to the gym regularly; there is a positive and significant relation was found between age and food selection and eating attitude (r=0,22; p<0,05). There is a negative relationship between concerns about healthy eating and mindfulness (r=-0,24; p<0,05) and eating discipline (r=-0,35; p<0,05). There is a positive and significant relationship between concerns about healthy eating and conscious eating (r=0,15; p<0,05). There is a negative relationship between nutritional selection, eating attitude scores and eating without thinking (r=-0,24; p<0,05), emotional eating scores (r=-0,22; p<0,05). There is a positive correlation between nutritional selection value scores and interference (r=0,13; p<0,05), eating without thinking (r=0,11; p<0,05). There is a negative relationship between food selection and value scores and eating discipline (r=-0,20; p<0,05), conscious nutrition (r=-0,25; p<0,05) and mindfulness eating scores (r=-0,12; p<0,05). There is a negative relationship between ORTO-15 scale scores and emotional eating (r=-0,16; p<0,05), eating discipline (r=-0,15; p<0,05) and conscious nutrition scores (r=-0,31; p<0,05). Who doesn't go to gym; there is a negative and significant relationship between age and thinking without thinking (r=-0,30; p<0,05). There is a negative relationship between weight and conscious nutrition points (r=-0,15; p<0,05). There is a positive relationship between mindfulness and concerns about healthy eating (r=0,31; p<0,05). There is a positive correlation between food selection and eating attitude scores and mindfulness scores (r=0,25; p<0,05). There is a positive correlation between food selection and eating without thinking (r=0,26; p<0,05), mindfulness (r=0,40; p<0,05) and interference scores (r=0,30; p<0,05). There is a negative correlation between food selection and value scores and eating uncontrolled scores (r=-0,25; p<0,05). There is a positive correlation between ORTO-15 scale scores and mindfulness scores (r=0,39; p<0,05). Orthorexia nervosa symptoms scale (ORTO-15) score of the participants was 2.38 ± 0.37; Orthorexia Nervosa Symptoms Scale (ORTO-15) score of the participants who do not do sports is 2.41 ± 0.40. Mindful Eating Scale (MES-30) scores of the participants were 3.42 ± 0.50; Mindful Eating Scale (MES-30) score of the participants who did not do sports was 3.36 ± 0.43. ORTO-15 and sub-dimension scores of the status of doing sports; It was found that MES-30 Scale and thoughtless eating, emotional eating, conscious eating and interference sub-dimensions did not affect the scores (p> 0.05). No statistically significant relationship was found between Orthorexia Nervosa and Mindful Eating according to ORTO-15 and MES-30 scales of non-sports individuals (r = 0; p> 0.05). As a result, it was found that ORTO-15 and MES-30 results did not affect each other.
