As a result of the examinations made in the statistics program, it was determined that the mean scores of the sub-dimensions in the organizational citizenship scale did not show a normal distribution, and the Mann-Whitney U Test was used for pairwise group comparisons, and the Kruskal-Wallis Test for comparisons of more than two groups. Bonferroni correction was made in order to observe pairwise comparisons in cases where a significant difference was detected from the Kruskal-Wallis test. As a result of this research, in which a total of 911 personnel working in 911 Provincial Directorates of Youth and Sports participated; While it was determined that the organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees of the sports organization increased as the duration of their professional service increased, it was concluded that the organizational citizenship behaviors of the personnel working in these institutions did not change according to the way they work on a contracted or permanent basis.
