Investigation of the effects of sports manager candidates' attitudes towards distance education on digital literacy level

Purpose of the study; to examine the effect of the attitudes of sports manager candidates studying in the sports management department towards distance education on their digital literacy level. For this purpose, the universe of this research, designed in the relational scanning model, one of the best types of research, was created by studying in the Sports Management department of the faculties of Sports Sciences or Schools of Physical Education and Sports in Turkey, while the sample was drawn from the Sports Management department of İnönü University Faculty of Sports Sciences according to the type of power analysis and measurement methods. 134 students studying were created. SPSS 25 Windows Package Program was used to analyze the data. Normality tests were performed before statistical analysis, and it was determined as a result of the analysis that the data were normally distributed. Since it shows a normal distribution, parametric tests were performed in statistics. Since the data was suitable for normal distribution, parametric tests such as Independent T test, One-Way Analysis of Variance and Anova tests were used. Additionally, Pearson moment linear test was used for correlation testing. In conclusion; It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between sports manager candidates' attitudes towards distance education and their digital literacy. At the same time; It has been examined whether there is a significant difference between different variables in the attitude levels of sports manager candidates towards distance education; There is a statistically significant difference between gender and grade level variables; It was determined that there was no significant difference between other variables.
