Özet (EN)

In this work, the nanostructure of CdO doped In2O3 films was deposited by spray pyrolysis. Surface topography/morphology results were presented using AFM technique in addition to SEM technique. The surface of produced films has a granular structure and the grain size growing with increasing doping rates. An interesting behavior was confirmed by XRD measurement when In2O3 nanoparticles were grafted with CdO. As the concentration of CdO increased, the grain size increased due to the agglomeration of CdO: In2O3. Addition to this the yield stress of the doped material increases due to the increased dislocation density. As a result, the material has become more resistant to plastic deformation. Measurement of optical properties using UV-Vis showed that the values are generally unstable at all doping ratios at wavelengths up to 293 nm, and then the farther values begin to stabilize with increasing wavelength values, and show a decrease. Absorbance values increase with increasing dopant ratio. Thus, the grain size decreased as the addivite ratio increased. In the different temperature, with NO2 sensitivity testing it confirmed an interesting response. The sensitivity has improved with increasing of CdO doping on In2O3 nanoparticles.
